best client login plugin available?

I am building a site for my girlfriend and I was wondering what is the best client login plugin available, that is the least difficult to use, as well are there any decent alternatives that a beginner might use that can be installed on a button at top of the home page.

Several of the posts detail coding that looks quite difficult for me to grasp as I am not fluent in wordpress yet.
