hello all- help with template please, cant find one suitable!

Hello all, i am new here and would really appreciate some help. I need to create a site similar to this one- http://www.claspthecarerscentre.org.uk/

I have looked for quite a while online to find a template which would be suitable to recreate a similar look but have found nothing! There doesnt seem to be many wordpress templates with a sidebar navigation and a horizontal navigation too. What is the best way to go about doing this with wordpress? My client insists that they need to use a cms site so that they can easily update it etc but the style of site they want doesnt tie in very well with what i can find.
