 * Hi,
 * i installed the WP All Import and the add on for woocommerce.
    problem is, it
   won’t take Hebrew just ???? or other codes. i tried to save it in different ways
   including Unicode, but nothing helped.
 * any add on i shall use for Hebrew?

 * If the file you are importing is UTF-8, it will work.

 * not to me…
    it didn’t work, still all ?????? already when i upload i see it. 
   tried to save as Unicode Text, and then change into web option UTF-8, but then
   i am getting symbols. tried to play with the variation, but even when i see the
   Hebrew on the text, when uploading it is switched to ????? or Symbols
