 * This plugin put such a heavy load on the server that the host contacted me about
   it.
 * I ran “P3 (Plugin Performance Profiler)” and found that it is sucking up 68%
   of up plugin runtime.

 * Hi SirTrout,
 * This not a typical load profile. Have you tried posting a question about this
   in support?

 * No I did not put in a support ticket, I deleted the plug in from my site.
 * There is no way I’m going to put this back on my site and have the server get
   loaded down again. I have 30+ sites on this box and I can’t take them down to
   debug one plugin.
 * This is my first negative review for a plugin.
 * There are many other calendar plugins with better reviews.

 * See my post on perfornamce, and the performance testing we did, and time.ly performance
   improvements.
 * We switched to Pagely (WP-optimied host) on their $24 individual plan, about
   80 cents a day. There is no getting around the fact that a plugin that does so
   much is going to use more resources than plugins that don’t. You can’t defy the
   laws of physics. Having said that, we are now getting blazing speed.
