 * I don’t understand how the heat map is supposed to work and I can barely see 
   what is going on in the video, it is not very clear.
    When I click on the heat
   map on one of my most popular posts I just see an arrow with a zero next to it.
   The screen darkens but there are no coloured areas.

 * please note that the heatmap data is not “retroactive” and is not collected by
   Slimstat by default for performance reasons. Please follow the instructions on
   the add-on’s page to enable the corresponding setting in Slimstat:

 * I think I am still not understanding or missing something.
 * I followed the instructions and still nothing. Just the same arrow with a zero.
 * I gave it a couple of hours before I tested it.
