# Heartbeat

 * I’ve noticed that plugins – ALL of them – reload every time the heartbeat triggers.
   Is this by design? Is it really necessary?

 * Uh…what? This has nothing to do with the installation of a plugin. It has to 
   do with the WP heartbeat API reloading every plugin upon ever fire, which seems
   kinda stupid, to me.
