 * Is there any way to find which plugin do this.?
 * I have tried with an old support answer from here but not able to rectify.

 * Are you hosted with WP Engine? If so, that’s done at the platform level and many
   people run into this problem on WP Engine. See [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/missing-dependencies-in-query-monitor-with-wp-auth-check-and-heatbeat-missing/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/missing-dependencies-in-query-monitor-with-wp-auth-check-and-heatbeat-missing/)
 * If not, your best bet is to deactivate your other plugins one by one to find 
   the culprit. It could also be your theme, so try switching to a default theme
   such as TwentyNineteen.
