headstart in connections with a default-dataset

hello dear experts of connections

i need to have a headstart with the connections-plugin.

is there a default-set of data that i can use to insert the data in to the database.

with that i find it much easier to start than t o start from scratch – with

a. entering dataset per dataset
b. bulding up a complete new listing onto the base of connections.

in other words: i find it easier to populate the database (system) with a (default-)dataset.

Can anybody help out here. – ie. offering a tiny little dataset!
Any and all help and idea will be greqatly appreciated!!
