Not sure what you mean. Please provide a link to to your site with the exact place where you would like to display this.

Also, what do you mean about headlines? Are you wanting to just provide an excerpt and then people click on read more.

When I think of ‘headlines’ I think newspaper headlines, so the titles of your posts? Or like Christine, just a few lines from the post itself with a link to the post? Help us help you. 🙂

Hey, thanks for the nice replies.

I am new at blogging. I can do the writing but have trouble figuring out how to use the WordPress.

After 28 posts, my site is just a long unbroken string of articles. It might be better if I could have a few full articles at the top with the rest being only the first 4 or 5 lines with a link to read more, as you suggest.

Or maybe there is a way I could have only a few articles on the site and make the rest available by clicking the “categories” buttons.

    My site is secret-prophecy.com

Looks like you are using wordpress.com which is just a little different from wordpress.org.

.org is for self hosted WordPress installations. 🙂

You will get better related help from the wordpress.com forums.

Okay, thanks for the help, Emmanuel
