 * I use table of contents plus on my posts and pages. When I have headings enabled
   for this star rating plugin, the following lines show up in the table of contents:
 * “How useful was this post?
    We are sorry that this post was not useful for you!”
 * I would love for the How useful was this post? part to show up in the Table of
   Contents, however, I do not want the “we are sorry…” portion. I can exclude headings
   from the TOC, but when I do that, it excludes both lines. Any ideas on how to
   fix this?
 * Thanks,
    Katrina

 * Hi Katrina,
 * which plugin do you use to generate table of contents? Maybe it has an exclude
   feature. I know that the Easy Table of Contents plugin has such a feature – it
   allows you to exclude headings with certain strings.

 * So yeah I’m using table of contents plus. It has a place where I can exclude
   certain headings, but as I explained, these two headings seem to be linked. I
   can remove both, but not just one. If I put to remove “We are sorry that this
   post was not useful for you!” then it also removes “How useful was this post?”
   I’m hoping there is a way in the rate my post plugin to separate these two headings.

 * I checked the Table of contents plus plugin and this works for me: *that this
   post was not useful for you* under exclude headings. However, I think that this
   is more a question for the developer of the Table of contents plus plugin. According
   to the instructions the plugin filters headings based on strings and if strings
   are not the same in both headings it should work 🙂
 * Regards
