Support » Plugin: Elementor Website Builder » Heading Title widget

  • Hello and thanks in advance for help !

on this page I am using the “page title widget” underneath breadcrumbs.
Page title is now shown in 2 places.
When I turn on “hide page title” in the page settings it is gone also in the widget.
How can I achieve, that the page title is only shown in the widget ?

    Thanks and regards
    Beat

Hi – I solved it by the simplest way – > use heading widget instead…

I can think of 4 solutions to this requirement, depending on your skills, the theme you use and the ease with which you want to work. In all cases, do not use the “hide page title” setting.

    1) If available, use a template from your theme that simply does not display a page title.
    2) Use the blank page template from Elementor
    3) Create your own function that you include in your child theme’s functions.php that hides the page title on whatever pages you want to add it manually via Elementor.
    4) Restyle the page header so that it appears as you wish, without having to add it in a widget

    Thank you Ambyomoron….

I am using now just the Heading widget and saved it as template. Like this I can insert it in every page and just edit the page title.

    Cheers.
