 * After a recent update of the plugin, the headings and text content shortcodes
   are no longer working. See screenshot below:

 * I thought they were generated by Contact Form 7, but looking into it more, I 
   think they were generated by an additional plugin that looks like it’s no longer
   supported.

 * Thank you for your help! I didn’t build the site and am trying to untangle everything.
   I will see if I can find another plugin to perform a similar function.
