‘Heading’ bottom line from solid to transparent

Hi!
I use the ‘heading’ element in my footer, but a few days ago the bottom line automatically changed to a transparent ‘box’ instead of a solid line. I cannot seem to change this. It also did not happen on other website where I also use it in the footer.
Can I change this back somehow?
