Headers wordpress on gmail

I have developed several contact form but when I check the e-mail in the senders column comes up the name “wordpress” and not the name, surname and email of the person who completed the form. It is very inconvenient because in this way I can’t do a research by name of those who sent me the request using the contact form.
I have already tried to change the data in the customization section but without success.
