headers: removing white space above header

Hi. I wonderif you could provide the CSS to remove the strip of wasted white space above my headers. Currently I am using Catch Evolution theme. I have entered all the codes I could find, but still it is there taking up valuable real estate on the page: http://www.jandeelstra.com/coaching/
