I am trying to put a counting timer in my header.php file (the code for it is below). The code works great when ran in a page all by itself (need to add html definitions of course), it also runs great when in the header file and on my home page. When I go to another page on my site though the counting timer disappears. I have moved this to all locations in the header file and even removed everything else to so that this was almost all that remained but the problem always remained. The published page source shows it there however it is not, CSS formatting even adjusts itself as though that entire space has gone missing.
I was hoping it was a theme issue but changed themes as well, still stuck. Timer there on home page, gone on all other pages, exists on FF IE & my Droid phone. I really am lost right now and would appreciate any help.

    Thank you.
