# header.php changes not rendered

 * When I edit the header.php file (in the theme editor), the changes are not rendered
   in the browser.
 * The header.php file is changing as I checked the html file. Even when I make 
   changes directly to this file, they are not rendered in the browser. I tried 
   clearing the cache, using different browsers and logging off.
 * t is as though the browser is calling the script from an archive file that has
   not changed. Any suggestions? Help would be much appreciated.
 * I am using the rounded v2 theme.
