   show the header and footer. is this a problem with page

 * Since we can’t see your theme templates, I’m going to guess that it’s a problem
   with the theme templates.

 * Just take a look at the source.
 * The markup is not looking very good and I don’t see any code to include the footer,
   all I see is a comment to do that but no actual code.
