 * I am wanting to edit header.php in a far more easier and user friendly way that
   by means of editing the code (going in via Appearance > Theme Editor > header.
   php)
 * I am wanting to arrange logo’s and some text to change my existing header file
   so it applies across my entire website.
 * Urgently require some support and ideas on this please.

 * never, never edit code via appearance->editor. If you make a mistake, you can
   bring down your site.
 * Use FTP to download the file you want to edit. Make a copy (e.g., header-save.
   php), edit and reupload header.php. Use your favorite editor to do the editing.
   I prefer Atom, with add-ons for PHPCS to enforce WP coding standards and WordPress
   autocomplete.
 * That said, if you’re going to edit theme files, you should be using a child theme
   because otherwise your changes will be lost when the theme is updated.

 * How do you use an FTP in the context of a Word Press site? As in the settings
   for the config once you’ve installed an FTP ?

 * This depends on where you host your site. You should check with your host for
   details about how to use FTP. It has NOTHING to do with your WP config; it’s 
   all a hosting thing.

 * It wasnt me who purchased the theme so im not covered by the support package.
