Header Won’t Change

    I need to change header, but can’t figure out how. Tried losing theme name by losing “rockinminimalheader.gif” and site still tried finding the header. Tried replacing alt=”Rockin Minimal” with alt=”Internet Eclectic” and that didn’t work either. Can’t read html, obviously, and am a noob when it comes to programming. Anyone help? Please!
