• How to:

    1. Have the sound on (with the auto play)?

    2. Have the video appearing for the mobile view as well.

I appreciate this isn’t advised, but I really would like this.

    Thank you

  • Hi @kristian Yngve
The header media is a feature of WordPress itself and we have no control over it. WordPress doesn’t allow sound in header video and it doesn’t show header video on mobile due to bandwidth and speed should be considered over mobile. If you want to show video on all devices, you can use the Video widget from Site Origin Page Builder. Please let me know if you need help with that.

    Hi @namrata11

thank you so much for your reply.

So, I have it downloaded already, and looked in the widgets; I believe it’s called video (Displays a video from the media library or from YouTube, Vimeo, or another provider.)

But as a widget that can be used for the side bars of general pages / in page content with a short code… How would I have it to replace the current one to enable it to resolve my need?

Thanks again, and looking forward to hearing back 🙂

    Hi @kristianngve
After you activate Site Origin page builder, in the page editor you should see page builder tab next to the text and visual tab. Switch to page builder and after that, you can add a video widget on the page.

    Great! It works 🙂

But, it needs to autoplay. How to enable that?

    Thank you
