• I have the most frustrating problem with the header displaying the way I would like. I unchecked the box in the Appearance Settings in order to hide the text header because I only want to display the image header.

It looks fine when I am logged into the site. However, when I view it when logged out the image header disappears and the text replaces it. Any idea how to fix this problem? Thanks

The only way I was able to get around this problem was to manually insert a hyper-linked header image into the theme’s header extension php file.

I have more information if anyone is interested. It seems to me that the problem goes away if the theme is kept active. But I use a theme switcher and so a different theme as the active one.

In my case, Clean Retina is automatically served for only mobile and tablet users. But because it isn’t set as active, the header settings are affected for some reason.
