Like a few other people, I am having a problem with the last two updates – the header image scroller and call to action buttons keep vanishing completely. I have to keep reverting back to version 1.46 to keep the site working correctly.

All of my images and text settings are still showing in the theme settings, but they are completely missing from the live website.

Has anyone found a solution to this yet please?

Apologies for the inconvenience. Please provide us a link to your website, so I can check what’s stopping the main slider from showing.

Sorry about that. Please try this link instead: https://wons.link/bfs

I have just switched back to the lastest version that I have downloaded, so you can see that the slideshow is missing.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Most likely you just have to select the Full screen slider option in the Customize → Header area → Header type section once again.

    Kind Regards, Roman.

This fixed my issue as well. Any details on why it reverted to defaults and how I can avoid it in the future? Thanks!

I’m not sure why it happened exactly, but please remember about importance of regular full site backups (files and database):

Okie dokie! My pictures/settings for that field didn’t go away, surprisingly, but somehow the setting for what to display got reset.
