Header Slider Problem

    Hello, I’m having issues with the Header Slider image and added text matching up with each other. It will run fine for the first couple of rotations, however, after scrolling down the page and back up it appears as if the image stopped and the text continued its rotation or vise versa. I have the speed of booth the text and image rotation matching and the problem still occurs. Any ideas as to what might be causing this issue? Thanks in advance.
