 * Lets say I create a Header image that I want to be contained with a Menu showing
   below the header media.
 * Is there a good choice from amongst the layout options – minimal, medium, etc.
 * If I go with an image that is 2000×1200 it seems too tall to fit.
 * What is the ideal combo of image size with layout so it can stretch to the full
   browser width and yet look good on mobile with menu after the header media on
   desktop?

 * I had to add 300px padding to move the menu down far enough 😉

 * I didn’t understand the query clearly. You can adjust the image dimension as 
   per your need and choose one that works.

 * I am trying to figure out what size headers will work the best for Medium and
   Minimal layouts I guess.
 * I try the 2000×800 from the customizer and that doesn’t look good either.

 * I understand your query. Do you want to cover the whole screen or just half of
   the screen? Try to reduce the height of the image and check it works well or 
   not.
