• I’ve scaled my header image twice, but I can’t get it to “take”:

WordPress 4.3.1 running Twenty Eleven Child theme

There’s the message “Suggested image dimensions: 1000 × 288” and “promises” that I can scale–and I can–but where’s the “button” to set the header to the new, smaller size: 600 × 118.

Old posts say to set this in the css, but with this feature in 4.3.1, there’s allegedly a way to save the downscaled size. Any clues?
