Header removal

    To finish up a very simple form based page …
    Can anyone tell me how I can remove the upper frame and down arrow?
    It’s probably meant for a menu, but, I am not needing a menu.
    I do not see a theme built-in mechanism to remove the top of the page>
    I’d like the to to begin with the image and not the blank space above.
    Hope that’s somewhat clear.
