Yes, but my header is really slow – i dont see this on either sites. Any ideas?
Actually it happens on a LOT of other sites. Happens all the time. Your header image is over 13KB. The text is smaller – as ghan said, text always loads faster than images. If you want it to load faster, then compress your image to make it smaller – although it’s still a pretty small file size the way it is.
It still loads pretty quickly, though.

You can do it yourself with a graphics program. Alternatively, you can hire someone from the wp-pro list.
