 * hi there,
 * I want to use a picture as the background of my website’s header (virtue theme)
   but it’s showing up as different sizes on for example, a computer and mobile 
   phone.
 * how do I get the picture to fit across all platforms?

 * add this css in your theme options > advanced settings.
 *     ```
       .headerclass {
       background-size: cover !important;
       }
       ```
