Header option missing in appearance menu

Hi,

I’ve been trying to change my theme and realised that the header option is completely missing from my dashboard. Initially I thought it was an error with the new theme, but it’s just not there at all.

I’ve never messed about with that before (possibly because it’s never been an option), so I’m not even entirely sure if it was ever available or not.

I’m unable to change my theme without fixing this issue because I can’t even get my blog name to display.

Help greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
