Header Logo Crisis! Mimbo theme customisation…

Please have a look at http://www.victoriagill.com where you will see a disastrous attempt at CSS and Header.PHP re-coding, in order to get a JPG logo on the masthead.

Problem 1: Header Logo appears *after* the Website Description. I have used code that has worked brilliantly for me on the gridline lite theme to insert a custom header, but something appears to be incompatible with the Mimbo theme. Perhaps there is something wrong in the code. It will probably be something really simple needing changed. Any advice>?

Problem 2: I have looked and looked and looked, but cannot find the horizontal colored menu bar at the top of the site (hosting categories) in the CSS file. I need to change the colour from that horrible blue. I’ve taken a screen shot, and used photoshop to identify the colour in use currently – but cannot find the colour anywhere on the CSS!

Problem 3: The right hand side has a vertical line running down the page. I would like to remove this, but am not sure how.

1. Remove float:left; from #description

2. It’s in a different CSS stylesheet to the one you posted above. Have a look in your theme folder for nav.css (should be in: wp-content/themes/mimbo/css/nav.css) and you’ll find the horrible colour under #nav-cat

3. Remove border-right:1px solid #cac8c2; from #wrapper (in your style.css stylesheet)
