Header Logo and Tagline help!

Hi, please can anyone help me!

Please have a look at my blogsite: http://www.lapaonvaal.co.za/blog and have a look at the header. As you can see the logo and tagline aren’t aligned correctly and I just can’t figure it out. I have no experience in coding. Below I have pasted the “Header” section from my Theme Editor. What needs to be changed?
I am currently using the Arclite theme.
