Header issue if front page is static page | WordPress.org

I set up a static page (HOME) to display as the front page and BLOG as the posts page. And after doing that I face this issues:
1) In the header there is appearing some strange option as WELCOME which I don’t have as page. How to erase it?
3) How to order the pages in the header differently? Currently it is alphabetically.
My page is http://www.comaplus.cz. Thanks for advice. Lenka

Thanks for trying out Vega, we appreciate it.

You’ll need to go to Appearance > Menus and create a new Menu. After that, assign the pages you want to show in the top header menu in any order that you like. Save the menu and assign it to the main primary menu location.
