 * Im using the Mantra theme and cant get my header to auto size with the rest of
   the page.

 * Well im trying to get the red and black header to auto stretch or center like
   the rest of the page. I have the page set to percent vs. absolute. The banner
   is aligned to the left and left with empty space to the right of it.

 * possibly set the background image of `#branding` to ‘center’;
    and change the
   formatting of `#linky`:
 * example (in the mantra custom css (?):
 *     ```
       #branding { background:url(http://bladolphins.com/New/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/Blackfinal5.gif) center no-repeat;  height:150px;}
   
       #linky { display:block; width:100%; height:150px; z-index:1; }
       ```
