Header in the widgets page

If I understand correctly, this plugin lets me write code to make a header. But, what if I want a header to show up in the widgets page, so I can put a bbPress login form in the header? Right now, there are only two footers in the widgets page.

What is the usual way to put a login form at the top of pages?
