I’m a new WordPress user and I’m having problems with my site.
My web server only allows HTTPS connections, which then get passed onto my WordPress site. When I select an image for my header, it doesn’t show up on my home page. I can see it in the Media library and I can select it. It just doesn’t appear on the front page.
I next looked at the HTML generated by WordPress and found that, for some reason, the URL for my header image specifies HTTP, instead of HTTPS! I access my site via HTTPS and all the other links in the web page source use HTTPS except the header image. Why would the system change it?
My theme is Twenty Eleven v1.5.
Does anyone know a way to override this? Or know a way to fix it? Thanks for any assistance you can provide!
