I noticed the slider is not working
It works only when I open wp customize

Can you please show me your website so that i can check what is causing slider not to display?
In the meantime, you can check by disabling plugin because most of the time the plugins cause conflict in javascript.

In your demo page, when the screen is on tablet size arrows are gone.
In tablet size, you can swipe the slider image with finger that is why we have removed the arrows.

In computer also there are no arrows

There is only one slide that is why the arrow is not appearing. Please add more slides and the arrow will appear.

They appear only under customizer with arrows

Ok i see. They are dummy slides thats why they are not appearing. Once you replace with your image, they will appear will arrow.
