header image on front page only

    I’m new at web building. Don’t do code. Is there anyway I can have my header image appear on front page ONLY? I’d like to add other images on other pages. Thanks.

    Hi Larry,

    thanks for using MH Elegance lite.

    The premium version of MH Elegance has an option included to use the featured image as header background on posts and pages (not archives).

    If you mean the header image (logo) which you can upload in your WordPress dashboard under “Appearance => Header”, that will be the same on all posts and pages.

    I have the free version of MH Elegance lite and would like to put a different photo on each page. I don’t need to use the logo if I can put a photo on my front page.

    As mentioned before, if you mean a unique header background for each page, that’s only possible in the premium version of the theme.

    If you mean to display an image on each page (within the content area), then you can simply embed the images through your media library: Inserting Images into Posts and Pages.
