Header image not resizing for mobile (Apostrophe theme)

Hi there,

I created the site http://www.rocketsciencedigital.net with the Apostrophe theme.

Unfortunately the custom header image doesn’t resize on mobile devices. I created it at the specified width of 1048 px and it stays huge on mobiles, getting cut off at the sides.

I’ve tried a couple of the fixes listed in other posts on the topic but none seem to work on Apostrophe.

Any help very gratefully received, as it’s driving me nuts.
