• Hello!

  • Hi, which header image are you referring to? When viewing your site in mobile I see “the avenue” in a script font at the top of the screen.

    Hi there,

I also see your header fine on mobile. But it does appear that something is breaking the mobile responsiveness of your site – I’m able to scroll to the right when viewing your site on a mobile screen, scrolling the actual content completely off the screen. This is not the default behaviour of this theme on mobile, which leads me to believe you’re using a plugin that’s somehow overriding the theme’s mobile styling. That might explain why the image is not visible for you as well.

Please try disabling all plugins on your site and see if that fixes this – both the missing image and the horizontal scrolling. If it does, re-enable your plugins one at a time until it breaks again to determine which plugin is causing this.

It was suggested that I switch my theme to the standard Twenty Nineteen theme to see if anything had changed, and after doing so and switching back to Illustratr, my mobile version hasn’t updated. I’m gonna give it a little bit to maybe update? But meanwhile, will disabling plugins like Jetpack screw anything up? Thank you!

I’ve deactivated everything and the logo still doesn’t show up!

If you don’t see the updated version, it’s always a good idea to clear the browser’s cache.

I do see the logo on your site when I check it on my mobile. What browser are you using? Have you tried to open your site from a different one? Are you able to see the logo then?
