Header Image cropped on pages

    Hi
    By defaul the header image is displayed on right side of all pages cropped from both sides to fit the page and hence it shows only middle portion of header image on pages.
    For example:
    http://ottutu.com/privacy-policy/

    Where can i override these settings?
