Try uploading new header image with the recommended size and higher resolution images.
The high resolution images should have bigger file size.

As mentioned above you are using a header image which is too small. You can view the required image sizes on https://themezee.com/docs/poseidon-documentation/#specs

I load up an image that is 1920 × 480 (recommended size) with a 72 dpi res. SOmehow, wordpress reduce it. 🙁 WHen I go to the website, I downloaded the header image to check if it is the same size as I uploaded it, but it comes to my download folder as a 1024×256 image! I dont understand how does this happens… any idea? Thanks…
I see it occurs when I select the image, then it says: SELECT AND CROP. I dont need to crop it, but it force me to press the “crop” button in order to select it. After that croping,the image is reduced, proportionally, but around half the size.
You should be able to click “Skip Cropping” beside the “Crop this Image” button to use the image in the original size.
