# header image background

 * I made an image which I’m using as a background image for my header but the parts
   of the image which should be transparent are showing up as white. Any body know
   what I’m doing wrong?
    I edited the image in photoshop, deleted the background
   and then saved it as a png image.

 * Thanks for the link but that’s not what I’m trying to do. The image was saved
   with a transparent background in photoshop and I’m using that image as a background
   for my header but transparent area is showing up white on the page.

 * I think I’ve got it sorted now. I made the mistake of trying to add a background
   image to an element that already had a a background image attached to it.
