Header image and Jetpack

    Hello all

    I’m trying to make my header responsive for all screen resolutions and devices, using the twentythirteen theme.

    my site : Road Gold

    I’ve been looking at this forum post here

    Now I’m using Jetpack as a plugin and am unsure as to if I need to create a child theme or not.

    Can some kind soul please advise me how I do the work in that forum post above using jetpack ?
