    Can someone please let me know if there are instructions available somewhere
   for me to be able to add a Header Image on my Raindrops WordPress Themes.

    but you do not need to stick to its size.
   Image will fit automatically

 * May I ask another question of you?
    I have been trying to do the same with another
   of my sites and every time I upload the image and have tried many, I end up with
   a BLANK ( no image to be seen ) Any idea what I may be doing wrong?

 * All themes image display improperly.
 * For example
 *     ```
       http://football-soccer.net/wp-content/themes/raindrops/images/header.png
   
       ERROR 403 - FORBIDDEN
       ```
