 * I see that in the ‘Hemingway Rewritten’ theme, the featured image of a post becomes
   the header image.
 * Can Hemingway also do this – or does it already and perhaps I missed something?

 * I’m afraid there’s no support for this version in Hemingway, and it’s not something
   I’m planning on adding. If I did, I would have to add is as an option for each
   post, and I’m trying to keep Hemingway as option-free as possible.

 * Anders (or anybody else who might know),
 * Is it possible for me to delete (or possibly edit) the page titles as they appear
   on each individual page? I like the page titles as they currently appear on the
   main menu, but I was hoping I could somehow erase them from the actual page.
