Please Goto Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Header Sidebar. Here you can remove the image widget. Hope this works for you. Let me know if you get any issues. Thanks.

While inspecting the site, it seems the background image is generated by modifying the Accelerate’s code. Please remove this :
`#header-text-nav-wrap {
padding: 30px 0 40px;
background-image: url(http://www.dolorclast.com.br/site/wp-content/themes/accelerate/img/bg_header.jpg);
background-repeat: no-repeat;
}`
And, I recommend you to create a child theme to do all the changes as you like in the theme. Thanks.
