    Just add this to your child theme’s style.css and adjust the image url.
 *     ```
       .tc-header {
       background:		url('/YOURPATH/wp-content/uploads/.../IMAGEFILENAME.jpg') repeat fixed 0 0 #FAFAFA !important ;
       }
       ```
