Header & footer mobile support is broken

I flushed the cache. uninstalled & re-installed the plugin and on my OS website, the dropdown menu won’t respond to clicks. No matter what I do I even added a hover color to recognize that I’m on the hamburger menu, and the submenu still won’t show up. yes, I changed my settings to use the elementor canvas yet it still won’t show!!!!
