Header error

I receive the following error when trying to save changes in my affiliate plugin page. They say this is a WooCommerce error. Below is the error that is returned on the page:

De-activate and re-activate WC. You are missing the wp_woocommerce_tax_rate_locations database table.

Thanks Mike. I deactivated and reactivated WooCommerce plugin. I still get the error. Should I wait any particular amount of time between steps? Should the change propagate instantly?

If its definitely missing you may need to create it manually, or see your error logs/ask host why its not installing.

How do I manually create a table in WC? I searched my hosting account and don’t see a tax location table. There is one called class_wc_tax.php

I considered creating a php with the highlighted text you sent but just not sure

It’s not PHP – its in the database. Can you view your DB? Commonly you use a tool called PHPMyAdmin but varies.

That issue was from your logs and must be fixed then,

Ok. This makes no sense.

What plugin is this? And is the page in admin?

If its in admin, there is no reason for the theme files to be loaded, so I’m not sure why you would see a header.php error unless something was loading the theme erroneously.

Does switching themes prevent the notices?

It’s the Affiliates Pro plugin. I get the error on the front end when trying to save me affiliate member. http://fruitejuice.com/affiliate-area/

The header error shows up on the results after saving a new password in the form
